- Model 66: The rear sight may be adjusted to shoot higher or lower (elevation). Move the rear sight elevator back to make the BB or pellet hit higher on the target. Move the rear sight elevator forward to make the BB or pellet hit lower on the target. When moving the elevator, slightly lift the rear sight and reset it on the desired notch in the elevator (Fig. 11).
The rear sight may also be adjusted to shoot right or left (windage). Loosen the windage adjustment screws by turning them counterclockwise. Move the sight to the right to make the BB or pellet hit to the right on the target. Move the sight to the left to make the BB or pellet hit to the left of the target. Then tighten the windage adjustment screws by turning them clockwise.
Model 760: The rear sight may be adjusted to shoot higher or lower (elevation). Move the rear sight elevator back to make the BB or pellet hit higher on the target. Move the rear sight elevator forward to make the BB or pellet hit lower on the target. When moving the elevator, slightly lift the rear sight and reset it on the desired notch in the elevator (Fig. 13).

- Make sure the soft air rifle is 'On Safe.'
- Point the soft air pistol in a SAFE DIRECTION
- Slide the loading port cover toward the rear of the air rifle.
- Pour no more than 200 BB's into the reservoir hole. Do not put pellets in the reservoir hole because they will jam the reservoir.
- Close the loading port cover.
- Pull the BB retainer button back.
- Point the barrel straight down.
- With a hand twisting motion, shake and twist the air rifle (see Fig. 5) to fill the visual magazine (see Fig. 6)
- Push the BB retainer button forward to keep the BB's in the magazine as shown in Fig. 6.
- With the barrel tilted downward, cock the bolt by pulling it all the way back and then pushing it all the way forward. The magnetic bolt will pick up a BB.
- Position the pellet clip so the bolt will feed through one of the pellet chambers in the clip (see Fig. 6). As you push the bolt forward slowly, you can see the BB move through the pellet clip. The BB is now in position to be fired out of the barrel. NOTE: BB's will not transfer from the magazine to the barrel if the rifle is tilted upward.
Unloading BB's
- Pump the air rifle, cock the bolt by pulling it all the way back and then pushing it all the way forward, point the air rifle in a SAFE DIRECTION and pull the trigger to fire. This will unload the BB from the magnetic bolt.
- Put the air rifle 'On Safe.'
- Pull the BB retainer button back (see Fig. 7).
- Tilt the barrel upward.
- With a hand twisting motion, shake and twist the air rifle until ALL of the BB's are out of the visual magazine.
- Push the BB retainer button forward to block BB's from the visual magazine.
- Tilt the air rifle (barrel downward) and check to see if there are any BB's in the visual magazine. If there are still BB's in the visual magazine, repeat pumping and cocking the bolt, pointing in a SAFE DIRECTION and firing until the magazine is empty.
- Pull the bolt all the way back and then slowly forward to see if there is a BB on the magnetic bolt.
- If there is a BB on the magnetic bolt, pump the air rifle, and cock the bolt by pulling it all the way back and then pushing it all the way forward.
- Point the air rifle in a SAFE DIRECTION, take 'Off Safe' and fire. This will unload any BB from the magnetic bolt.
- Repeat this unloading procedure until no BB's are visible on the magnetic bolt.
Loading Pellets (use .177 caliber pellets only)
- Unload all of the BB's from the air rifle. DO NOT load a pellet when BB's are loaded in the air rifle. It may cause a jam.
- Put the air rifle 'On Safe'.
- Point the air rifle in a SAFE DIRECTION.
- Pull the bolt all the way back.
- Grasp the pellet clip handle and remove it by pulling it to the right.
- Place a pellet (nose first) in each of the five pellet chambers. IMPORTANT: To avoid jams or deforming pellets, make sure each pellet skirt is level or slightly below the rim of the pellet chamber.
- Replace the pellet clip, making sure to line up one of the pellet chambers with th barrel chamber (Fig. 9). IMPORTANT: If the pellet clip is not lined up properly, you will not be able to push the bolt forward.
- Push the bolt all the way forward. The pellet is now in a position to fire out of the barrel.
- Repeat lining up each pellet chamber with the barrel chamber.

Unloading Pellets
- With the air rigle 'On Safe,' pump the air rifle once and cock the bolt by pulling it all the way back and pushing it forward.
- Take the air rifle 'Off Safe,' point the air rifle in a SAFE DIRECTION and pull the trigger to fire.
- Put the air rifle 'On Safe.'
- Remove the pellet clip
- Using a ramrod, gently push each pellet out of the clip. IMPORTANT: Never use sharp metal tools to remove pellets.
- Lay the clip aside.
- With the air rifle 'On Safe,' pump it once, cock the bolt by pulling it all the way back and pushing it forward, aim in a SAFE DIRECTION, take 'Off Safe' and pull the trigger to fire.
- Put the empty clip back in your air rifle.
